Returns of products charged by the company.
Our customers have the right to return the products purchased from this online store Dotjewels.gr when it comes to: (1) products that were damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc. (2) wrong products e.g. products that were not ordered and were sent incorrectly through the fault of Dotjewels.gr In case our customer has received the defective or wrong product, he must deliver it to the representative of the courier company who will bring him the replacement product.
